Dear guests, to make your holiday as stress-free as possible, we have summarised the most important information for you.

GENERAL

• Please be aware that Mouth and Nose Protection is currently mandatory in ALL CLOSED PUBLIC AREAS IN THE HOUSE.
• With our Hollu cleaning concept and the associated increased cleaning and disinfection intervals, we take care of our guests and staff.
• Our staff wear MNS masks for their protection.
• You will find several disinfectant racks in our house.
• The minimum distance of one metre must be observed in all areas of the house.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• We are happy to welcome you in our house from 8 am
• The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm
• We kindly ask you to keep to the check-out time of 9 am in order to be able to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals for you and our other guests.

CHANGED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Should there be another shutdown due to Corona (arrival not possible due to closed borders, closed hotels, valley quarantine, ...) you have the possibility to cancel your booking free of charge.
• The measures will be adapted to the requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. Please note that changes are always possible.
